Viber allows its users to block other users from calling them. This is done for privacy protection, or just in case someone doesn't want to talk to someone in particular. You can create blocking lists and include numbers you don't want bothering you. This way, you won't even have to reject a call you don't want to answer. A blocked user will cease to exist for you.
